Doctors and Doctor Offices Everywhere!
Why are you so greedy? Its the only explanation that I can come up with as to why you schedule so many appointments in one day. GREED! What? You don't make enough money that you have to schedule as many patients as you possibly can?
I mean come on, everyone knows how much it sucks to sit in the waiting room for 15 to 30 mins (even though you were probably racing to get there on time). And then when they finally call your name you feel relieved that the wait is over only to find out that it has just begun. They take you into a cold little room (with no clock, mind you, probably so that you don't know how much time has actually gone by and get mad) and make you wait even longer. Then when the Doctor finally comes in he is there only for 5 mins. (and that's being generous) Then you rush out because you didn't plan on being there for 2 hrs. And drive like mad to the next thing.
Don't you ever have to do to the Doctor? Or take your kids (above situation way worse when children are involved) or other family members to one? You must not because if you had then you would definitely know what I am talking about and make some changes.
I mean can't you schedule less patients a day that way if you get behind you can catch up? And if someone is more than 10 mins late make them reschedule. I mean sure it would suck to be that person but hey GET THERE ON TIME!! And sure you wouldn't make quite as much money but hey for your sanity and your patients and the safety of everyone on the roads when we are rushing to get to our child's bus stop on time, take it like a man! I'm sure you wouldn't have to move down a tax bracket and would be just fine!
So PLEASE SPARE US and schedule more time in between appointments for those times when you get behind. Above is a picture of that they should post inside the exam rooms.

Funny Poems
Twas the month after Christmas,
And all through the house,
Nothing would fit me,
Not even a blouse.
The cookies I'd nibbled,
The chocolate I'd taste
At the holiday parties
Had gone to my waist.
When I got on the scales
There arose such a number!
When I walked to the store
(less a walk than a lumber),
I'd remember the marvellous meals I'd prepared;
The gravies and sauces and beef nicely rared,
The wine and the rum balls, the bread and the cheese
And the way I'd never said, "No thank you, please."
As I dressed myself in my husband's old shirt
And prepared once again to do battle with dirt...
I said to myself, as I only can,
"You can't spend a winter, disguised as a man!"
So, away with the last of the sour cream dip.
Get rid of the fruit cake, every cracker and chip.
Every last bit of food that I like must be banished
Till all the additional ounces have vanished.
I won't have a cookie, not even a lick.
I'll want only to chew on a long celery stick.
I won't have hot biscuits, or corn bread, or pie.
I'll munch on a carrot and quietly cry.
I'm hungry, I'm lonesome, and life is a bore...
But isn't that what January is for?
Unable to giggle, no longer a riot.
Happy New Year to all, and to all a good diet.

Breaking the Law?
After typing this is did find an article that excludes Cotton, Wool, Silk, Gemstones and Pearls. This does save a lot of people but it needs to include all handmade and cottage businesses. For those that make hand painted wooden toys and other things.
They are trying to make it safer for our children but they are actually just hurting a lot of businesses that can't afford to have there merchandise tested. Which will end with higher toy prices and less to chose from.

Goals for the Year
My goal is to Read my scriptures each morning. I know that I should be doing this already but its hard to find a quiet time with 3 kids.
So another goal is to go to bed at 10 and get up at 6. That way I will have an hour of quiet until I need to get the kids up and ready for the Bus and the Gym.
Another Goal is to lose all my Pregnancy weight this year. I think that this should be very attainable. A Whole year to lose 30 lbs. That is only like half a pound a week. I hope to have this goal completed early like say July.
Another is to be more organized. I am always forgetting things and never know where anything is.
