Last Monday for FHE treat I made these!
They were pretty cool. I saw it one the Rachael Ray web site and thought that I would try it. You basically use a box brownie mix and prepare as normal except you omit the water. Now her site says to keep the brownie in the waffle iron for 10 minutes but mine burnt if I didn't take them out when my waffle iron light went off.
Don't forget to grease your waffle iron pretty well and taking them out can be tricky because they are soft until they cool for a min. But all I did was flipped the waffle iron over and they fell onto the plate. Then I topped it with A scoop of Ice cream and choc. syrup. Yummy!
